In Friday's league outing, the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) basketball squad nipped the host Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC), by a margin of 37-34.

The Warriors (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Loris (Loris, SC). The Lions go into the AAA Region 7 outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Loris was tipped by Dillon (Dillon, SC), 53-50, in a league outing.
