Live Oak Classical Falcons (Waco, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Vanguard College Prep Vikings (Waco, TX), 53-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Live Oak Classical upgrades its record to 15-10 on the season. The Falcons host Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX) to play the Cougars in a TAPPS 3A District 4 bout on Saturday, January 29. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Reicher Catholic lost 65-57 in their recent non-league bout against Texas Wind (Waco, TX)
