Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC) and the host Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC), saw Northwestern's basketball squad overcome Ridge View by a tally of 54-46.

With the victory, Northwestern improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Blythewood (Blythewood, SC) to confront the Bengals in a AAAAA Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Bengals come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Blythewood lost 57-48 in their recent league challenge against Ridge View (Columbia, SC)

Next up, the Blazers confront the Oak Hill Academy Warriors (Mouth of Wilson, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 29. Ridge View will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record.
