January 28, 2022: Lake City, MN 55041 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lake City Tigers (Lake City, MN) and the visiting Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN), saw Lake City's basketball squad overcome Cannon Falls by a tally of 59-42.
With the victory, Lake City improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Chatfield (Chatfield, MN) to confront the Gophers in a AA Section 1 challenge on Monday, January 31. The Gophers come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Chatfield won 59-16 in their recent league challenge against St. Charles (St. Charles, MN)
Next up, the Bombers confront the Dover-Eyota Eagles (Eyota, MN) in a AA Section 1 challenge, on Monday, January 31. Cannon Falls will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record.
