Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) and the visiting Kuemper Knights (Carroll, IA), saw Lewis Central's basketball squad knock off Kuemper by a count of 48-32.

With the victory, Lewis Central upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Harlan (Harlan, IA) to play the Cyclones in a Hawkeye Ten challenge on Friday, February 4. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a record of 11-7.

Next up, the Knights play the Sioux City North Stars (Sioux City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 29. Kuemper will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record.
