Euclid Panthers (Euclid, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH), 49-41 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Euclid improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Panthers host Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 29. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. Twinsburg lost 55-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Nordonia (Macedonia, OH)

Next up, the Battling Bees confront the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Medina will attempt to improve on its 13-1 season record.
