Idaho High School Basketball - Marsh Valley overwhelms Buhl
January 28, 2023: Buhl, ID 83316 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) and the host Buhl Indians (Buhl, ID), saw Marsh Valley's basketball squad wallop Buhl by a tally of 68-42.
With the victory, Marsh Valley improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Snake River (Blackfoot, ID) to confront the Panthers in a 3A South East Idaho challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Snake River lost 59-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID)
The Indians now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Filer for a 3A Sawtooth Central Idaho test on Tuesday, January 31. Buhl will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 68-47 league win over Gooding (Gooding, ID). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-11.
