Idaho High School Basketball - Newport ripped by Kellogg
January 28, 2023: Kellogg, ID 83837 The Kellogg Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Newport Grizzlies to 27 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bonners Ferry for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10.
The Grizzlies (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Colville (Colville, WA). The Crimson Hawks enter the 1A Northeast contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Colville was routed by Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 71-55, in a league contest.
