Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA) and the visiting La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA), saw Torrey Pines's basketball squad knock off La Costa Canyon by a count of 59-40.

With the victory, Torrey Pines upgrades its record to 22-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to San Marcos (San Marcos, CA) to play the Knights in a challenge on Saturday, February 4.
