January 28, 2025: Lafayette, LA 70508 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA) and the visiting Jennings Bulldogs (Jennings, LA), observed Comeaux's basketball team knock off Jennings by a score of 71-61.
The Spartans (11-19) will now prepare for their challenge against Westgate (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers come into the 4A District 4 challenge with a 13-10 record.
In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Bell City Bruins (Bell City, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Jennings will attempt to improve on its 12-13 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 14-19 record after their 50-41 non-league loss to Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA).
