New York High School Basketball - Rye nips Harrison

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Rye Garnets basketball team scored a close 52-47 triumph over the Harrison Huskies.

The Garnets (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Byram Hills (Armonk, NY). The Bobcats go into the Section 1 Conference 2E contest with a 10-1 record.

In their next game, the Huskies battle the Somers Tuskers (Lincolndale, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Harrison will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record.
