Maryland High School Basketball - Northwest fells Walter Johnson

The Northwest Jaguars basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Walter Johnson Wildcats to 56 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now have a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Springbrook for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Northwest will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 79-65 non-league win over Blair (Silver Spring, MD). The Blue Devils record now stands at 13-1.

With the loss, Walter Johnson falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Magruder (Rockville, MD) to confront the Colonels in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Colonels go into the game with a record of 8-6. Magruder won 61-55 in their recent non-league game against Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD)
