Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 40-28 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Dakota advances its record to 10-4 on the year. The Cougars host Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-0. Utica Eisenhower won 46-24 in their recent league match against Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI)
