North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT), 66-56 in a league match.

With the triumph, North Summit betters its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Duchesne (Duchesne, UT) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Region 15 game on Friday, January 30. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-9. Duchesne won 44-43 in their recent league game against North Sevier (Salina, UT)

With the defeat, Gunnison Valley drops to 13-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to South Summit (Kamas, UT) to confront the Wildcats in a 2A Region 15 game on Friday, January 30.
