Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX) and the host Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX), saw Sterling's basketball squad wallop Austin by a tally of 66-3.

With the victory, Sterling improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Madison (Houston, TX) to confront the Marlins in a 5A Region III District 23 challenge on Wednesday, February 2. The Marlins come into the contest with a record of 12-9. Madison won 52-6 in their recent league contest against Waltrip (Houston, TX)

The Mustangs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wisdom (Houston, TX). The Generals come into the 5A Region III District 23 contest with a 9-10 record.
