The Lyons Lions basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack to 26 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Park-River Forest for a West Suburban - Silver contest on Tuesday, February 1. Lyons will battle a Huskies team coming off a 43-38 non-league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 5-16.

The Wolfpack (10-15) will now prepare for their contest against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors come into the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, De La Salle was routed by Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL), 54-43, in a non-league contest.
