Mabton Vikings (Mabton, WA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host White Swan Cougars (White Swan, WA), 48-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mabton upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Vikings host Granger (Granger, WA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 5-12. Granger lost 64-19 in their recent non-league bout against Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA)
