New Jersey High School Basketball - Robbinsville holds off Allentown
January 29, 2024: Allentown, NJ 08501 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Robbinsville Ravens (Robbinsville, NJ) and the host Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ), saw Robbinsville's basketball squad hold off Allentown by a tally of 87-82.
With the victory, Robbinsville improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Franklin (Somerset, NJ) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Franklin lost 54-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ)
Next up, the Redbirds confront the Northern Burlington Greyhounds (Columbus, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 5. Allentown will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 55-37 non-league loss to Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ).
