Washington, DC High School Basketball - SEED DC overwhelms BASIS
January 29, 2024: Washington, DC 20019 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the SEED DC (Washington, DC) and the visiting BASIS Red Giants (Washington, DC), saw SEED DC's basketball squad wallop BASIS by a tally of 84-38.
With the victory, SEED DC improves its record to 4-13 on the campaign. The travel to Richard Wright Public Charter School (Washington, DC) to play the Spartans in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Richard Wright Public Charter School lost 67-30 in their recent league challenge against Digital Pioneers Academy (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Red Giants play the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) in a PCSAA A challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. BASIS will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 53-45 non-league loss to Georgetown Day (Washington, DC).
