January 29, 2024: Bellefonte, PA 16823 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) and the host Bellefonte Raiders (Bellefonte, PA), saw Hollidaysburg's basketball squad wallop Bellefonte by a tally of 75-50.
With the victory, Hollidaysburg improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Golden Tigers host Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA) to play the Blue Devils in a Laurel Highlands challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-13. Bellwood-Antis lost 48-28 in their recent league challenge against Central (Martinsburg, PA)
Next up, the Raiders play the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Friday, February 2. Bellefonte will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Bisons come into the challenge with a 3-15 record after their 53-40 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA).
