January 29, 2024: Towanda, KS 67144 The McPherson Bullpups (McPherson, KS) basketball felled the host Circle Thunderbirds (Towanda, KS), 62-46 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bullpups (14-0) will now prepare for their test against Collegiate (Wichita, KS). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Collegiate thwarted Mulvane (Mulvane, KS), 55-53, in a non-league test.
The Thunderbirds now own a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to El Dorado for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Circle will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 74-58 non-league loss to Collegiate (Wichita, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-11.
