Alabama High School Basketball - Cold Springs overwhelmed by West Point
January 29, 2024: Cullman, AL 35057 The West Point Warriors basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Cold Springs Eagles to 42 in the Warriors non-league victory on Monday.
The Warriors now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Russellville for a 5A Area 15 contest on Tuesday, January 30. West Point will battle a Golden Tigers team coming off a 93-58 non-league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 13-5.
The Eagles (6-19) will now prepare for their contest against West Point (Cullman, AL). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 17-8 record. In their last contest, West Point triumphed over Cold Springs (Bremen, AL), 70-42, in a non-league contest.
