Minnesota High School Basketball - Dawson-Boyd trounces Yellow Medicine East
January 29, 2024: Granite Falls, MN 56241 The Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN) basketball crushed the host Yellow Medicine East Sting (Granite Falls, MN), 77-38 in Monday's league test.
The Blackjacks (20-1) will now prepare for their test against Canby (Canby, MN). The Lancers go into the A Section 3 test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Canby was trounced by Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN), 72-36, in a league test.
The Sting now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg for a non-league test on Thursday, February 1. Yellow Medicine East will encounter a Fighting Saints squad coming off a 75-70 non-league loss to Minneota (Minneota, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 9-9.
