January 29, 2024: Zachary, LA 70791 Zachary Broncos (Zachary, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA), 88-64 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Zachary upgrades its record to 20-7 on the season. The Broncos host Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A District 4 bout on Friday, February 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 16-12. Woodlawn-B.R. lost 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA)
In their next game, the Falcons face the Non Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. St. Thomas Aquinas will attempt to move on its 14-9 season record.
