In Monday's non-league outing, the Grace Christian Crusaders (Sanford, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Thales Academy Apex Titans (Apex, NC), by a margin of 85-21.

The Crusaders (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against South Wake (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Sabres go into the non-league outing with a 16-4 record. In their last outing, South Wake smashed Chatham HomeSchool (Pittsboro, NC), 72-35, in a league outing.

The Titans now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Thales Academy Rolesville for a outing on Friday, February 2. Thales Academy Apex will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 35-32 non-league win over St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Knights record now stands at 14-5.
