California High School Basketball - Victory Christian Academy topped by Point Loma
January 29, 2024: Chula Vista, CA 91910 The Point Loma Pointers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Victory Christian Academy Knights to 38 in the Pointers non-league victory on Monday.
The Pointers now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-City Christian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 31. Point Loma will battle a Eagles team coming off a 41-34 league win over Classical Academy (Escondido, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-12.
The Knights (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Titans come into the contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Eastlake prevailed over Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA), 76-37, in a league contest.
