Next, the Cougars encounter the Spring Lions (Spring, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 test, on Saturday, February 1. Nimitz will attempt to improve on its 17-14 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 13-15 record after their 45-36 league loss to Dekaney (Houston, TX).
