The Wesley Chapel Wildcats (Wesley Chapel, FL) basketball edged the visiting Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL), 60-58 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wiregrass Ranch for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. Wesley Chapel will play a Bulls team coming off a 78-62 non-league win over Gulf (New Port Richey, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 17-6.

With the loss, Sunlake falls to 17-6 on the campaign. The Seahawks host Gulf (New Port Richey, FL) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 31.
