New York High School Basketball - Clarence can't hold off St. Francis
January 29, 2025: Clarence, NY 14031 St. Francis Red Raiders (Hamburg, NY) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Clarence Red Devils (Clarence, NY), 41-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Francis advances its record to 2-3 on the year. The Red Raiders host St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY) to face the Lancers in a non-league match on Monday, February 3. The Lancers enter the match with a record of 1-1.
The Red Devils now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Park School of Buffalo for a non-league match on Friday, January 31.
