The Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) basketball crushed the host Lynwood Knights (Lynwood, CA), 54-15 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 21-5 record. They play next when they travel to Paramount for a bout on Friday, January 31. Downey will play a Pirates team coming off a 52-36 league loss to Downey (Downey, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.
