Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) and the host Mulberry Panthers (Mulberry, FL), saw DeSoto County's basketball squad wallop Mulberry by a count of 57-30.

With the victory, DeSoto County upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Hardee (Wauchula, FL) to play the Wildcats in a 4A District 11 challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Hardee lost 63-49 in their recent league challenge against DeSoto County (Arcadia, FL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Haines City Hornets (Haines City, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Mulberry will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record.
