The Neshoba Central Rockets basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Holmes County Central Jaguars to 63 in the Rockets league victory on Tuesday.

The Rockets now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeland for a 5A Region 3 contest on Friday, January 6.

The Jaguars (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Canton (Canton, MS). The Tigers come into the 5A Region 3 contest with a 9-3 record.
