Texas High School Basketball - Levelland nips Plainview
January 3, 2023: Plainview, TX 79072 Levelland Lobos (Levelland, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Plainview Bulldogs (Plainview, TX), 52-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Levelland upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Lobos host Seminole (Seminole, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 14-7. Seminole won 53-36 in their recent non-league bout against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Estacado Matadors (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Plainview will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Matadors come into the bout with a 11-14 record after their 66-45 non-league loss to Amarillo (Amarillo, TX).
