The Seminole Indians basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Big Spring Steers to 36 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Levelland for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Seminole will battle a Lobos team coming off a 52-46 non-league win over Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 10-10.

The Steers (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Monahans (Monahans, TX). The Loboes come into the non-league contest with a 16-8 record. In their last contest, Monahans dropped by Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX), 68-31, in a non-league contest.
