January 3, 2023: Madison Heights, MI 48071 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI) and the visiting Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI), saw Bishop Foley's basketball squad hold off Everest Collegiate by a tally of 46-40.
With the victory, Bishop Foley improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Ventures travel to Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to confront the Cranes in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Cranes come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Cranbrook Kingswood lost 42-29 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI)
Next up, the confront the Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers (Waterford, MI) in a Catholic C-D D challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Everest Collegiate will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 56-29 league loss to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI).
