The Groton Tigers (Groton, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Warner Monarchs (Warner, SD), 48-23 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record.

The Monarchs now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ipswich for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Warner will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 61-43 non-league loss to Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.
