New Mexico High School Basketball - Menaul nudges Jemez Valley
January 3, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87107 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad nipped the visiting Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM), by a margin of 55-52.
The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Ramah (Ramah, NM). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Ramah got by Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM), 68-22, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chesterton Academy for a A District 7 outing on Thursday, January 5. Jemez Valley will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 43-19 non-league loss to East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM). The Saints record now stands at 1-1.
