January 3, 2024: Henderson, NV 89014 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the American Heritage Academy Patriots (Henderson, NV) and the visiting Mountain View Christian Saints (Las Vegas, NV), saw American Heritage Academy's basketball squad overcome Mountain View Christian by a tally of 33-21.
With the victory, American Heritage Academy improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.
Next up, the Saints confront the Sandy Valley Sidewinders (Sandy Valley, NV) in a 1A South challenge, on Friday, January 5. Mountain View Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Sidewinders come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 60-10 non-league loss to Indian Springs (Indian Springs, NV).

First Quarter Angela started MVCS offense off with a solid 2 pointer and a big 3. Keiva jumped in their on defense with 2 rebounds.

Our Senior Angela continued raining in baskets with 3 in row after taking a much needed break in the second. What did you see that? Wari another MVCS Senior got a rebound. I guess mini means mighty.
