The Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA) basketball crushed the host Hershey Trojans (Hershey, PA), 73-14 in Wednesday's league test.

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Huskies go into the Mid-Penn - Keystone test with a 2-5 record.

The Trojans now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Red Land for a Mid-Penn - Keystone test on Friday, January 5. Hershey will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 65-31 non-league win over York County Tech (York, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-6.
