Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) and the host Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA), saw Hollidaysburg's basketball squad wallop Penns Valley Area by a count of 56-32.

With the victory, Hollidaysburg upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Golden Tigers travel to Forest Hills (Sidman, PA) to play the Rangers in a Laurel Highlands challenge on Friday, January 5. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Forest Hills won 58-47 in their recent league challenge against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)

Next up, the Rams play the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Friday, January 5. Penns Valley Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Bisons come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 61-34 league win over Somerset (Somerset, PA).
