Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Norwalk Truckers (Norwalk, OH) and the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, OH), saw Norwalk's basketball squad overcome Lexington by a tally of 47-38.

With the victory, Norwalk improves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Truckers travel to Perkins (Sandusky, OH) to battle the Pirates in a Sandusky Bay - Lake contest on Friday, January 5. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 5-6. Perkins won 29-27 in their recent non-league contest against Willard (Willard, OH)

The Minutemen (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Wooster (Wooster, OH). The Generals come into the Ohio Cardinal contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Wooster was defeated by Louisville (Louisville, OH), 67-54, in a non-league contest.
