January 3, 2024: Kernersville, NC 27284 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC), saw Mount Tabor's basketball squad wallop East Forsyth by a tally of 43-18.
With the victory, Mount Tabor improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host Davie (Mocksville, NC) to confront the War Eagles in a challenge on Friday, January 5. The War Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Davie lost 54-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC)
Next up, the Eagles confront the R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. East Forsyth will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Demons come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 49-45 non-league loss to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC).
