Louisiana High School Basketball - Plaquemine fells A.J. Ellender
January 3, 2025: Plaquemine, LA 70764 The Plaquemine Green Devils basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting A.J. Ellender Patriots to 37 in the Green Devils non-league triumph on Friday.
The Green Devils now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Assumption for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. Plaquemine will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 64-24 non-league loss to University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-20.
With the loss, A.J. Ellender falls to 11-18 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Terrebonne (Houma, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
