Texas High School Basketball - Cypress Springs holds off Langham Creek
January 3, 2025: Houston, TX 77095 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Cypress Springs Panthers basketball team scored a close 44-43 triumph over the Langham Creek Lobos.
The Panthers (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Waller (Waller, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region II District 16 contest with a 3-20 record. In their last contest, Waller was tipped by Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX), 69-44, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lobos confront the Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Langham Creek will attempt to better on its 7-15 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 12-10 record after their 54-52 league win over Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX).
