With the victory, Ferris advances its record to 14-10 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Godley (Godley, TX) to meet the Wildcats in a 4A Region II District 12 battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 5-13.

The Eagles now own a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Godley for a 4A Region II District 12 battle on Friday, January 10.
