Virginia High School Basketball - Heritage sneaks past Radford
January 3, 2025: Radford, VA 24141 The Heritage Pioneers (Lynchburg, VA) basketball edged the host Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), 43-38 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Pioneers now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Amherst County for a Seminole bout on Tuesday, January 7. Heritage will play a Lancers team coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-9.
With the loss, Radford falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Marion (Marion, VA) to clash with the Scarlet Hurricanes in a non-league outing on Monday, January 6.
