January 3, 2025: Hoover, AL 35244 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) and the visiting Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL), observed Hoover's basketball team overwhelm Hewitt-Trussville by a score of 73-37.
The Buccaneers (20-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Rebels come into the 7A Area 6 challenge with a 14-4 record. In their last challenge, Vestavia Hills trounced Guntersville (Guntersville, AL), 67-37, in a non-league challenge.
