Ohio High School Basketball - Minford routs Valley

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Minford Falcons basketball team scored a big 83-48 triumph over the Valley Indians.

The Falcons (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Adams (Seaman, OH). The Green Devils go into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, North Adams smashed Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH), 74-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Portsmouth West Senators (West Portsmouth, OH) in a Southern Ohio III contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Valley will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Senators go into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 58-50 league win over Waverly (Waverly, OH).
