New Hampshire High School Basketball - Souhegan thwarts Coe-Brown Academy
January 3, 2025: Amherst, NH 03031 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) and the visiting Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH), observed Souhegan's basketball team knock off Coe-Brown Academy by a score of 50-41.
The Sabers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hanover (Hanover, NH). The Bears come into the Division II challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Hanover was knocked off by Lebanon (Lebanon, NH), 45-30, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bears encounter the ConVal Cougars (Peterborough, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Coe-Brown Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 48-14 league loss to Bishop Brady (Concord, NH).
