Louisiana High School Basketball - Riverdale bests Northlake Christian
January 3, 2025: Jefferson, LA 70121 The Riverdale Rebels (Jefferson, LA) basketball toppled the visiting Northlake Christian Wolverines (Covington, LA), 53-43 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Metairie Park Country Day for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. Riverdale will play a Cajuns team coming off a 52-24 non-league loss to Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA). The Cajuns record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Northlake Christian falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Doyle (Livingston, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Doyle won 51-39 in their recent non-league bout against French Settlement (French Settlement, LA)
